Volunteer | Methodist Children's Homes of Mississippi

Dedicated and Steadfast

Volunteer work is vital to the work of Methodist Children’s Homes. Over the past year, our volunteers have dedicated priceless time and energy to everything from renovating our cottages and beautifying our grounds to providing birthday parties and bible studies.

If you or your church group is interested in volunteering, please fill out the below form.

Opportunities to Serve

Youth Programs

We always need volunteers to help with chapel and worship time, bible studies, tutoring, life skills classes and leading and organizing sports and game events on campus.

Volunteers help out in our office by writing and stuffing letters, making phone calls and filing paperwork.

Campus Events

Our campus events aim to boost self-esteem, community togetherness and a familial atmosphere. Volunteers team up with us to put on birthdays, holiday celebrations, summer events, movie and game nights, weekend recreation and other fun activities!

If you have construction and renovation skills, we need your talents. In the past, volunteers have been responsible for renovating homes, providing better living spaces for our children and youth. Smaller projects, such as painting, patching and maintenance, are also always available.

We want to help you help us. Tell us you skills and abilities, and we will do our best to pair you up with the perfect volunteer project that puts your gifts to good use.
