Clinical Services Supervisor (Job Description)
Details: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible schedule required, may work evenings. On call rotation included)
Requirements: Must have a Master’s Degree plus five (5) years of experience working with client population. Must have a current, unrestricted, Mississippi license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)
Description:The primary responsibility of the Clinical Services Supervisor is to provide leadership and direction in the integration of therapeutic efforts into the organization’s program structure relating to therapeutic residence, foster care and community services to maintain an optimal balance of care and treatment based upon each client’s needs.
Billing Coordinator (Job Description)
Details: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Requirements: Associates Degree required but a Bachelor’s degree is preferred from an accredited university or college. At least one year of experience in coding, billing, posting and negotiation of claims. Specialized experience in behavioral health billing services is preferred. Prior experience in Medicaid billing required.
Description: The Billing Coordinator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to routine billing payment posting and problem solving for insurance and other payments including HMO, MSCPS, Medicaid and private insurance. In addition, the Billing Coordinator is responsible for obtaining and/or entry of prior authorizations, researching and resolving client insurance claims and working with the clinical staff to resolve billing problems.
Care Manager (Job Description)
Details: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (flexible schedule required, early mornings, late nights and some weekends)
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university in social work, psychology or other social services related field, and one year of experience working with this population. Eligible for Community Support Specialist through DMH within 90 days.
Description: The primary responsibility of the Care Manager is to provide supervision of program operations and services to children and youth served in the homes. The position’s job responsibilities include property management, personnel, and staffing, training, direct treatment services through the use of the agency’s model of care, providing and supervising residential care services, and working with adolescents, families, volunteers, and community representatives in the home and community settings.
