Child Care Counselor (Job Description)

Details: Sunday - Wednesday 2nd Shift (Sunday 8:30 am - 10:30 pm, Monday 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Tuesday 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm and Wednesday 12:30 pm - 10:30 pm)

Requirements: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years experience working with adolescents.

Description: The child care counselor provides direct supervision and implements treatment services to children and youth being served in the residential home.

MyPac Supervisor (Job Description)

Details: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible schedule required, may work evenings. On call rotation included)

Requirements: Must have a Master’s Degree plus two (2) years of experience working with wraparound process. Must have a current, unrestricted, Mississippi license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). See job description for more details.

Description: The Mississippi Youth Program Around the Clock (MYPAC) Supervisor reports to the Clinical Services Supervisor providing direct supervision, guidance and overall support of the MYPAC Team.

Director of Development (Job Description)

Details: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated success as a fundraising and/or communications professional within a non-profit setting. See job description for more details.

Description: The Director of Development provides coordination and oversight of all fundraising and communication activities, including but not limited to: individual and major donor giving, planned giving, event planning and implementation, constituent relationship management and donor cultivation.

Director of Clinical Services (Job Description)

Details: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements: Must possess a Master’s Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with client population. Must have a current, unrestricted, Mississippi license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)

Description: The Director of Clinical Services assumes overall responsibility for the supervision of all therapeutic services and day to day operations of the Methodist Children’s Homes Community Mental Health Clinic.

Care Manager (Job Description)

Details: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Flexible schedule required. May need to work additional hours, includes on-call responsibilities)

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college/university or Associates degree in related field and one year of experience working with this population or High School and three (3) years experience working with client population. Eligible for Community Support Specialist through DMH Preferred.

Description: The primary responsibility of the Child Care Manager is to provide supervision of program operation and services to children and youth served in the homes.

Assistant Care Manager (Job Description)

Details: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Flexible schedule required. May need to work additional hours, includes on-call responsibilities)

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college/university or Associates degree in related field and one year of experience working with this population or High School and one (1) year experience working with client population. Eligible for Community Support Specialist through DMH Preferred.

Description: The primary responsibility of the Assistant Care Manager is to provide program services to intervene with children and youth served in the homes.
