Child Care Counselor (Job Description)

Details: Wednesday - Saturday 2nd Shift (Wednesday 12:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Thursday 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Friday 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am - 10:30 pm)

Requirements: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years experience working with adolescents.

Description: The child care counselor provides direct supervision and implements treatment services to children and youth being served in the residential home.

Director of Foster Care Services (Job Description)

Details: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Flexible schedule required. May need to work additional hours, includes on-call responsibilities)

Requirements:Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field from accredited college/university. Minimum of one year experience working with children/adolescents or other populations with special emotional/behavioral needs. Must be (21) years of age.

Description: The primary responsibility of the Director of Foster Care Services recruits and trains foster families; coordinates and supervises foster care placements. The Director of Foster Care Services will directory supervise Foster Care Consultant(s) and actively participates as a member of senior leadership.

Foster Care Consultant (Job Description)

Details: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Flexible schedule required. May need to work additional hours, includes on-call responsibilities)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, childhood education,education counseling and psychology or other human service or behavioral science field: Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of two years (2) of case manager, management & supervisor experience of a child care program.

Description: The Foster Care Consultant under the direction of the Director of Foster Care Services provides a comprehensive array of services to children residing in the home and maintains an active caseload of residents.

Foster Care Coordinator (Job Description)

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college/university in a mental health related field, and a minimum of two year (2) as case manager,management & supervisor experience of a child care program.

Description: The Foster Care Coordinator, under the direction of the Foster Care Director, maintains an active caseload providing a comprehensive array of therapeutic and case management services to clients.
